The founder and the company president is Alex Polishchuk.

Alex has over fifteen years of professional experience designing, developing, and implementing database applications on various hardware and software platforms. His experience ranges from small companies of less than 100 employees to Fortune 50 corporations such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). During his professional career he has worked in various industries, including healthcare, banking, entertainment, manufacturing, computer, and with numerous diverse groups ranging in size from small to large.

Alex's primary areas of expertise are in database security and performance optimization and tuning. During his career he has worked in all phases of projects including initial design, hardware evaluation and selection, installation, tuning, security, software development, data migration and testing. As part of after development work he has provided technical support and education for end-users and support personnel. Alex has also published technical articles in multiple technical journals.

Our team has extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle, Sybase and MS SQL Server relational databases and the respective underlying operating systems and hardware. Our company has performed setup, configuration, performance optimization, tuning, troubleshooting and security audits of those databases on various operating systems, such as Linux, Windows, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, VMware, as well as the operating systems themselves. Our experience covers hardware platforms ranging from departmental to enterprise level servers.

Following our mission of Providing innovative solutions to establish optimal database performance and functionality, we have proposed and successfully implemented a number of innovative approaches that dramatically improved performance and significantly improved response times for our customers. As an example, we helped one of our customers to create SQL representations of numerous statistical functions and rules for optimum data aggregation. This significantly improved performance over the previous methods.

Our company also has expertise with the systems where not only the data changes, but the data structure changes dynamically as well. In those systems database objects were created and deleted on demand, which added another degree of complexity. We worked together with our customer to manage those objects in an efficient manner that dramatically increased overall system performance and reliability.
